Holiday Camps

We run holiday camps from schools in St Albans, Harpenden and Elstree, during the Easter and Summer holidays and in the school half-term breaks in February, May and October.
Our camps run from 9.30am to 3.30pm and children are guided through a different art project each day. Typically bookings are for 2-day camps with children working on a canvas painting on the first day and a large watercolour on the second. Most of the children that attend our camps are primary school aged but older children up to 12 are welcome if they would like to attend. The projects allow for a range of skill sets with older children able to develop their painting further if they wish to. Our holiday camps are very popular so it is advisable to book as soon as you can to secure a place. ArtShed’s holiday camps provide an excellent opportunity for children to spend more time working on a piece of artwork and developing their artistic skills in a structured environment. Above all we aim to make our camps fun, so there’s plenty of playtime and the chance to make new friends too!

🌤️ Summer Holidays Camps 2026🌤️
Our Summer Holiday Camps will be running from Monday 27th July - Friday 21st August in St Albans and Harpenden, and Monday 27th July - Friday 7th August in Elstree.
This Summer Holiday our camps are bookable as either 2-day camps (Mon & Tue and/or Wed & Thu), or 1-day camps on Fridays. Kids can tackle projects including colourful chamelons, pirate ships and mermaids, a terrifying T-rex and much much more, all using professional artists materials. Our camps are the perfect opportunity for your child to get creative, make new friends, have fun and bring home their own masterpiece! We offer wrap around care available from 8.30-9.30am and 3.30-4.30pm allowing an earlier drop-off or later pick-up if need be. You can also book a school lunch at our Elstree venue.
